Yoga

My normal routine starts with a quick 2 rounds jog around the block the moment i get up however recently, I have started doing Yoga instead  for the past 3 days and so far really good…It has been really refreshing to wake up and breathe in the fresh air(especially early in the morning before 6am where u can hear nature rising).. Changed my jogging routine to the evenings instead three times weekly..
