Born and raised in Singapore, Ais graduated from Curtin University of Technology (Australia) studying Accounting, Economics and Management in pursuance of her path to Financial Freedom. Although trained in Accountancy and Economics, she pursued her passion in Property, Education, Entrepreneurship and Coaching, thus undergoing training as a Real Estate Practitioner and is a well sought-after coach in multiple enrichment programs for schools and corporations.

Ais has been invited to conduct her training programs in China, Thailand, and Australia and has the experience of living in the various countries between 3 months to 2 years. She has also been headhunted by numerous companies seeking her as a full time trainer and coach. Ais is currently conducting trainings for various companies in Singapore in the area of Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, Information Literacy, Image Consulting and Designing Your Life.

Ais is an enthusiastic advocator for Following Your Heart and Instinct. Her purpose in life is to use her positivity and motivation to inspire and motivate others to follow their dreams. With more than 12 years of experience in leading and organizing teams and organizations, she attributes her success to her mother and also her leadership experiences since she was a kid . Ais started working at a tender age of 10 and has had numerous experiences ranging from sales, entertainment, education and has also been the top sales girl in the various companies that she has worked in. She believes in the generalist view in life, thus explaining the multiple experiences she has in different fields.

Ais has also hosted and performed in corporate and school events throughout Singapore. As a trainer and life coach, Ais continues to impart skills and knowledge to help empower while enriching the lives of youths and adults from all walks to life to achieve greater and longer lasting success. As a successful real estate consultant, Ais assists others to lives their desires in one of the most important Human Need – Shelter.

Ais is currently the Director of Sarah Group and a Marketing Manager with Global Property Alliance(subsidiary of Top Global Pte Ltd). Some of Ais’s previous clients and firms she has worked with include Red Dot Explorer, Subway, Dr C’s, Anubanpaknaksuksalai School, Bloom International Pte Ltd, DW Group, Singapore Repertory Theatre, Metro Holdings, Mastereign
Enrichment, HSR, Mcdonalds, Distinction Tutorial Group, J&G Pte Ltd and ERA.

Ais is a firm believer in the concept of a balanced lifestyle. She was a passionate professional cheerleader for 12 years and was selected to be part of Team Singapore representing Singapore in Asean Games 2002 in Pusan, Korea and Australia’s Top Professional Cheerleading Team- Perth Angels and Stunt Team. She was captain of various Cheerleading teams that she has leaded in and has won several times on the Top Motivator award in her team. She enjoy spending time with her loved ones and is well loved and respected among her community.

Currently, Ais resides in Singapore and is open to conduct training around the world. She is currently writing a book entitled “My Mother My Heart” which will be out in leading bookstores in May 2011.
